1st Class Logistics UK Ltd require drivers urgently who have their own van, specifically 3m or 4m vehicles, to support a client in Basingstoke that needs up to 20 vans daily.

If you possess a 3m or 4m van and are self-employed, 1st Class Logistics UK Ltd have guaranteed work for you, with payments every week!

1st Class Logistics UK Ltd operate 7 days a week and can be flexible to accommodate your needs.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate your van to deliver goods to various locations.
• Deliveries nationwide.
• Collecting urgent parcels.
• Load and unload items, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
• Maintain effective communication about any issues or delays.
• Keep accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and photos.

Ideal Candidate:

• Good timekeeping skills.
• Physically fit, as the job may involve heavy lifting.
• Able to work to tight deadlines and independently.
• Proficient in using a satellite navigation system.
• No prior experience required, but must be motivated to learn.
• Good geographical knowledge.
• A can-do attitude and effective communication skills.
• Reliable, hardworking, and polite, with a good sense of humour.
• Able to pass a basic criminal record check.

What You Will Need:

• A reliable vehicle with relevant insurances.
• A valid UK driving licence.
• A smartphone for job-related communication.
• A good sat nav with update capability.
• Ratchet straps and ability to use them effectively.
