Deputy General Manager

Overview

As the Deputy General Manager, you will be the second-in-command in PizzaExpress Restaurants Ltd's iconic Pizzerias, where your leadership skills will shine. You will take charge of the P&L management and be at the forefront of driving commercial success. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate closely with the General Manager to support all management tasks.
• Maintain and uphold high standards of quality, safety, and food hygiene.
• Lead and coach your team to achieve outstanding results.
• Ensure memorable service delivery to PizzaExpress Restaurants Ltd's customers.

Who You Are:

• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to inspire and lead a team effectively.
• Financial Management: Experience with P&L management, budgeting, or financial analysis.
• Customer Service Excellence: Background in delivering exceptional service and understanding customer needs.
