Driver Instructor - Euston

Overview

Avanti West Coast have an exciting opportunity to join the Euston Driver team as a Driver Instructor.

As a Driver Instructor, you will contribute to the professional development and assessment of trainee and newly qualified drivers through instructing, coaching, and supporting them to meet company and industry standards.

Avanti West Coast is looking for colleagues who:

• Are Euston based drivers with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Have a professional driving record with a good safety history.
• Can demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a smart appearance.
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Have a positive relationship with the local management team.
• Are willing to work towards and achieve a relevant instructor qualification.
