Digital Inclusion Officer

Overview

Wythenshawe Community Housing Group (WCHG) is dedicated to enhancing digital inclusion in Wythenshawe Community Housing Group's communities. This role is essential in supporting existing initiatives and developing new projects aimed at bridging digital gaps and combating poverty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Launch the Digital Inclusion Connectivity Pilot with internal teams.
• Engage tenants to improve digital inclusion.
• Monitor customer progress on digital inclusion.
• Collaborate with partners to enhance digital services.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience in community networking.
• Technical knowledge of digital devices and connectivity.
• Ability to develop partnerships with stakeholders.
• Data analysis skills.
