Distribution Operations Manager

Overview

As a NDC Operations Manager, you'll lead British Airways's Distribution Operations team ensuring stability and performance of British Airways's New Distribution Capability (NDC) systems. Your role will involve strategically thinking about operation performance and driving efficiencies.

Responsibilities include:

• Driving continuous improvement through process enhancements.
• Promoting operational excellence and resolving NDC issues.
• Coaching the team to exceed expectations while ensuring a positive atmosphere.
• Upholding diversity, fairness, and transparency.

The ideal candidate has experience managing technical teams, strong communication skills, and preferably knowledge of airline distribution systems. A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is beneficial.
