Company Description

• Contract Type: Permanent Part Time / 16 - 20 Hours per week.
• Salary:  £11.44 per hour
• Location: DPD Sheffield - Unit 11, Cowley Way, Sheffield, S35 1QP
• Shift Pattern:  Monday - Friday
• Hours of Work: 14:00pm - 18:00pm / 09:00 am - 17:00 pm

As a Debrief Operative your key responsibilities will include; 

• Answering telephone calls, assisting customers with enquiries and adhering to depot KPI's
• Assisting drivers with locating addresses and providing delivery instructions
• Assisting customers and providing excellent customer service
• De-brief of drivers ensuring processes are followed correctly
• Reporting and logging damaged hand held devices called Saturn's so these can be fixed without delay
• Ensuring contractor paperwork is completed 
• Basic administrative duties
• To implement the Health and Safety Policy, ensuring and maintaining a safe working environment at all times
• To implement the Security Policy ensuring and maintaining a secure passage of goods for the customer
• Carry out such other duties as may reasonably be requested by the Management or the Shift Manager.
