Salary and Benefits

  • Basic Salary: £27,297 per annum
  • Location Allowance: £350 per annum
  • Total Compensation: £27,647 per annum

Key Details

  • Contract: Permanent, Full-time
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (37.5 hours weekly), with occasional out-of-hours work.
  • Flexibility: Essential due to varying locations and outreach/community work.
  • Vehicle Access: Required, with a valid driving license.
  • Caseload: Typically 35-40 service-users, requiring networking and public engagement to promote the service.

Locations

You will primarily work from home for 2-3 days a week, with 1-2 days dedicated to outreach/community work at local NHS sites in Bedfordshire or Leighton Buzzard. Occasionally, you may need to visit the Cambridge and Huntingdon offices, depending on service needs.

Team Meetings

Regular attendance at meetings in Little Paxton and various locations in Milton Keynes and Bedfordshire is expected.

Responsibilities

  • Networking and establishing multi-agency relationships.
  • Co-working at local NHS hubs and within the community, including travel around Bedfordshire and to sites like Cambridge and Huntingdon.
  • Achieving monthly targets: a minimum of 10 new service-users starting with Employment Support and 3 caseload engagements daily.
  • Representing the organization positively within the community.

About You

  • Experience: Background in employability preferred; candidates from recruitment or skills sectors are also welcome. Must be independent, proactive, and capable of project management.
  • Location: Must reside in Bedfordshire.

Interview Process

  • First Stage: One-stage interview with a role play and written task (total of 1 hour).
  • Final Stage: If successful, you will attend a taster day onsite and complete administrative tasks (Excel, Outlook).
