Background
Information Technology (IT) provides technology and digital services to approximately 5000 staff and 20,000 students. City, University of London offer flexibility with hybrid working, with this role based at Abacus House when onsite.
Responsibilities
The Executive Assistant will provide a proactive, comprehensive, and confidential executive support service to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and the IT Leadership Team. Responsibilities include:
- Managing diaries and scheduling appointments.
- Providing project support.
- Coordinating internal and external communications.
- Undertaking office administration duties.
Person Specification
