As an Executive Assistant, you’ll play a vital role as an ambassador for Southwark Council's Chief Executive and their office. You'll work closely with the Head of the Chief Executive’s Office, senior officers, and Cabinet Members across the council.

Responsibilities:
- Provide first-class, efficient support that keeps the leadership team operating at their best.
- Oversee a range of administrative and office functions, ensuring smooth operations.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
- Attend and minute high-level meetings.
- Coordinating complex calendars and facilitating crucial meetings.
- Liaise with external bodies professionally.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks with exceptional organizational skills.
Qualifications:
- A track record of delivering high-quality outcomes for Senior Leadership, ideally in Local or Central Government.
- Ability to align admin support with strategic planning goals.
- Experience with financial systems, such as raising purchase orders.
- High attention to detail with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
