Summary

Salary: £31,000 per annum + Package

If you are successful, you will support participants who have been out of work for at least 9 months to find sustainable employment. You will manage a caseload of participants and understand each individual’s needs to help plan the support they require.

The Restart Scheme offers tailored support to help participants find sustained work in their local area.

Responsibilities:

• Build effective and positive relationships with participants, working collaboratively to identify and overcome barriers to returning to work.
• Create comprehensive action plans that identify appropriate career opportunities and employment-related barriers.
• Provide job search support and ensure participants' digital profiles are visible to employers.
• Assist in creating professional CVs and application materials tailored for each opportunity.

Requirements:

• Experience in a fast-paced, evolving environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Background in a performance target-driven setting.
• Desire to help people and make a difference.
