Description

Role forms part of the EU Workplace Health Division. Serving at the intersection of family, innovation, quality, and care, Fellowes Brands's most important asset is Fellowes Brands's people. Fellowes Brands is searching for a Category Marketing Specialist (CMS), reporting to the Head of EU Marketing – Workplace Health Solutions.

The role is primarily responsible for developing, implementing, and executing marketing plans, activities, tools, and support for the Workspace Health Division, focusing on Ergonomic Workspace Solutions to achieve budgeted shipment and EBITDA goals.

In This Role, You will:

  • Implement the category strategy, ensuring focus areas are prioritized.
  • Oversee all marketing activities for the division, including campaigns, promotions, sales and marketing tools, assets, and resources.
  • Promote Workspace Ergonomic Solutions, including monitor arms and associated subcategories.
  • Establish effective communication to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones.
  • Represent the team to cross-functional groups including product management and sales.
  • Update senior leadership on marketing activities and project results.
  • Lead market research efforts to assess current marketing activities.
  • Liaise with internal and external teams to deliver briefs and activities timely.
  • Coordinate marketing strategies across Europe and Marcoms.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign data to evaluate marketing efforts' success.
  • Assist with identifying new product ideas in collaboration with the Category Product Manager.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Further education in a relevant field, ideally BA/BSc level.
  • Proven track record in developing and launching marketing activities.
  • Experience in a marketing team or as a marketing manager.
  • Good understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Strong project management and budget management skills.
