Estate Caretaker x3

Overview

The primary function of the posts is to ensure that the Authority's Council estates are clean and safe for its residents and visitors. This includes:

• Removing any items which pose a Health and Safety risk, such as hypodermic needles and bodily fluids.
• Undertaking minor grounds maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in keeping high and low rise blocks safe.
• Clear blockages in the waste disposal chutes.
• Provide skeleton cover on weekends.
• Undertake garden cutting for older and disabled tenants.

Qualifications and Skills

The post holder should be organized, self-motivated, and capable of keeping accurate records. A current full UK driving license is essential.

Salary and Benefits

£23,500 - £23,893 per year. Benefits may include additional training and development opportunities.

Shift and Schedule

Weekend availability is required.
