Exam Invigilator

Overview

senploy is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Exam Invigilators for a secondary school in Lambeth. This role is ideal for individuals who are calm, attentive, and able to maintain a focused exam environment. This is a temporary role and suitable candidates must be available through November 2024.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising students during exams to ensure a fair and secure testing environment.
• Distributing and collecting exam papers and materials.
• Following exam regulations and procedures accurately.
• Assisting with seating arrangements and ensuring students are correctly identified.
• Addressing any queries or concerns in line with exam protocols.
• Reporting any irregularities or breaches of conduct.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Punctual, professional, and reliable.
• Previous experience in a school setting or exam environment is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.

• Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and all employment breaks must be explained.

• You must be willing to attend a registration interview.
