North Lanarkshire Council is looking for Development Officers who will play a pivotal role in the effective operational and quality improvement within a locality and support in the development of flexible services for all users including families, partner agencies and the community, including primary transition.
Responsibilities
Your role will involve:
- Working within a team aligned to the Council’s programmes relevant to the Early Years agenda.
- Supporting families and the community in early childhood development initiatives.
- Ensuring high standards of operational effectiveness.
Salary and Benefits
The salary range for this position is £42,131.00 to £46,397.00 per year. North Lanarkshire Council also provide:
- 27 days annual leave and 6 public holidays.

Work Pattern and Flexibility

Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you should:
- Hold an HND/Degree in Early Years and Child Care.
- Have experience in a similar environment.
- Become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member prior to commencing in this role.
