Imperial Consulting is looking for an enthusiastic Entry Level Sales Associate to join Imperial Consulting's dynamic team in Glasgow. This is your chance to make an impact by engaging with customers face-to-face and representing Imperial Consulting's services in the utility sector.

Role Overview: As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for understanding their needs and providing solutions that enhance their experience. Your role will be crucial in building lasting relationships and driving sales growth for Imperial Consulting's company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and engage customers as they arrive, ensuring a positive and inviting experience from the outset.
  • Identify customer needs through active listening and asking relevant questions, allowing you to tailor recommendations effectively.
  • Promote and sell Imperial Consulting's utility services, clearly articulating the benefits and features to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
  • Assist in product demonstrations, showcasing how Imperial Consulting's solutions can meet customer requirements and improve their experiences.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your sales skills and knowledge about Imperial Consulting's services.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, documenting interactions and following up on inquiries to ensure satisfaction and conversion.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and share insights on customer preferences and trends.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, ensuring you can effectively address customer questions and concerns.

Requirements:

  • Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK (unfortunately, Imperial Consulting cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visas).
  • Must be available to work full-time.
  • Must not have applied for any Imperial Consulting roles in the past 30 days.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for customer service and sales.
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is advantageous but not necessary; Imperial Consulting will provide comprehensive training.
  • Understanding that Imperial Consulting do not do digital marketing—this role focuses on direct, in-person customer engagement and sales.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
