About the Role:

Tuthill Porsche is seeking a motivated and responsible Event Operations Assistant. You will play a key role in organizing equipment and spare parts for Tuthill Porsche's worldwide events throughout the year. This position offers the chance to work in a state-of-the-art facility alongside a friendly team, with regular travel to global events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect equipment before and after events to diagnose and report faults.
• Take inventories of event equipment and order replacements.
• Liaise with the Event Operations Manager to ensure the correct equipment is ready.
• Maintain containers and event vehicles.
• Pack and unpack containers/trucks for events.
• Liaise with suppliers for smooth event operations.
• Produce reports to improve future processes.
• Prepare and pack for events.
• Assess and improve current event systems.

• Able to travel for unpacking and packing events.

• Good fitness level for lifting and carrying.
• Valid driver's license.
