Experienced Retoucher for Creative Photography Team

Overview

FitFlop have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Retoucher to join FitFlop's Photography Team, working in a dynamic and creative environment. The role involves executing high-quality retouching across product photography, adhering to the FitFlop Photographic Style Guide.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, develop, and maintain retouching workflow.
• Manage organized file structures and overall quality control standards.
• Work on multiple concurrent projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with the Retouch Manager and other team members to ensure accuracy in imagery.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of sample changes.
• Consistently retouch imagery to the highest quality and brand standards.
• Communicate project statuses and manage expectations effectively.
• Be proficient with Adobe Photoshop CC and have a good knowledge of RAW files.
• Possess strong understanding of colour correction techniques.
• Work independently and efficiently under pressure.

Person Requirements

• Experience with both e-commerce and stylised photography.
• Ability to innovate in high-volume workflows.
• Excellent interdepartmental communication skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• A sense of humour and positive outlook.
