The Role:

• Conduct site visits to assess projects and gather information for accurate cost estimations
• Prepare detailed estimates, budgets, and timelines for projects
• Collaborate with site managers, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Provide regular updates and reports to project teams and senior management

The Ideal Estimator Surveyor:

• Proven experience in estimating, surveying, or a related field
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for estimating and surveying
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Familiarity with building regulations and construction practices
• Relevant certification in estimating or surveying is an advantage
