Overview

Ultimate Activity Camps is a leading provider of holiday childcare in the UK. Ultimate Activity Camps offer outstanding childcare and activity provision to children while providing peace of mind to parents.

Summary of Position:

• Oversee the delivery of the Early Years programme on camp
• Ensure the welfare and safety of the children
• Deliver outstanding, structured activities (sports, arts, play) to the Early Years children, Ultimate Activity Camps's Ultimate Activity Juniors
• Work alongside your Camp Manager to ensure OFSTED requirements are met
• Act as a key contact for the 4 and 5-year-olds on camp, providing high-quality care and liaising with parents

Essential Requirements:

• Educated to a minimum of Level 3 in Early Years/Childcare or Primary Education, with significant experience working with 4- and 5-year-olds
• Experience of working with children and delivering activities
• Passionate about developing children through play and activity
• Good organisation and communication skills
• A flexible team player, able to adapt to dynamic situations and challenges on camp
• Seeking a rewarding holiday job while furthering a career in childcare and coaching

Desirable Requirements:

• Management/supervisory experience
• Hold a Paediatric First Aid (12 or 6 hour) or First Aid at Work qualification
