Nursery: Bright Horizons Bromley Day Nursery and Preschool
Bright Horizons Family Solutions is looking for a full-time, Level 3 qualified Practitioner to join Bright Horizons Family Solutions's Bright Horizons Bromley Day Nursery. The nursery is newly refurbished, located near Bromley North and Sundridge Park Station, as well as Sundridge Park bus route 261 and 126, and a short distance from Bromley town centre. The setting offers on-site parking and a large garden.

What you’ll be doing
- Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each of your key children, encouraging their development towards key milestones.
- Develop and maintain strong parent/carer partnerships.
- Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety, and safeguarding.
- Work with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy and safe environment.
What Bright Horizons Family Solutions’re looking for
- Full and Relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential).
- Previous experience working with children (ideally as a Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, or similar).
- Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
- Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and the legislative requirements for working with children.
