Job Summary

Park View Childcare Ltd is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join Park View Childcare Ltd's vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in early childhood education and a genuine love for nurturing and developing young children. This role involves creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow. You will be responsible for implementing educational activities that promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate educational activities that stimulate children's curiosity and creativity.
  • Manage daily classroom routines while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster positive relationships.
  • Observe and assess children's development, providing feedback to parents on their progress.
  • Collaborate with other educators to create an inclusive learning atmosphere that meets the needs of all children.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
  • Drive initiatives that promote the values of respect, kindness, and cooperation among children.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and a commitment to continuous improvement in early years education.

Qualifications

  • A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or Childcare is essential.
  • Previous experience working with children in a nursery or educational setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively while fostering a positive learning environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
  • Knowledge of current early years frameworks and best practices in early childhood education.
