Finance Assistant

Overview

Placed Partnership is seeking an experienced Finance Assistant to join Placed Partnership's client’s finance department. The successful candidate will manage supplier invoices, BACS payments, monthly invoice processing, payment runs, prepayments, and bank and balance sheet reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Timely management of supplier invoices and payments.
• Monthly processing of invoices and payment runs.
• Conducting prepayments and bank reconciliations.

Qualifications:

• Degree in an accounting-related field or an accounting qualification is desirable.
• Proficient in Excel and knowledgeable in month-end processes, double entry, and VAT.
• Excellent attention to detail.
