About the Role:
Connection Support is recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join Connection Support's Direct Payment Support Services in Milton Keynes. In this role, you will provide payroll administration support to over 150 disabled people who employ their own care staff.
Your Responsibilities:
- Record PAYE information and maintain processing schedules.
- Support Connection Support's Holding Account service to submit payments onto Connection Support's banking systems.
- Maintain accurate client records in Connection Support's database systems.
- Perform general administrative tasks including creating letters and electronic case files.
- Communicate with clients to clarify or obtain necessary information.
This is a permanent role, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for part-time or job share options available.
Salary: Starting salary is £24,397 - £26,649 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience. The role predominantly offers remote working, with occasional trips to the office for meetings and training.
About You:
You possess strong organisational skills and an ability to manage multiple priorities. Your excellent communication skills help you build positive relationships while treating everyone with respect and empathy. A minimum of two years' experience in finance administration is required, along with familiarity with online payroll and accounting systems.
