Role Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for serving and ensuring the wellbeing of Doubletree by Hilton Bristol City Centre's guests within the Bar and Restaurant. You will complete all preparation and service of the Restaurant to the highest standards and in keeping with the specifications and systems set by the Restaurant Manager to maintain consistent service. Compliance with Health & Safety and Food Hygiene is essential.

• Responsible for the service and wellbeing of Doubletree by Hilton Bristol City Centre's guests.
• Assist in the Conference & Events team over the Christmas period.
• Support the team in ensuring the efficient running of the service.
• Ensure preparation and presentation of each section is of a high standard.
• Serve guests to the highest standard with their expectations in mind.
• Maintain mise en place levels while rotating stock.
• Minimize waste and utilize stock effectively.
• Report any faults or defects.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene practices.
• Dress correctly in uniform.
• Maintain professional relationships with all departments.
