Food & Beverage Assistant

Overview

Location: Mercure Sheffield Parkway

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Assistant to join the team at Mercure Sheffield Parkway Hotel on a part-time basis. This role will primarily focus on breakfast shifts, with opportunities for additional hours during events and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and take orders in a friendly, professional manner.
• Ensure timely preparation and service of food and beverage orders.
• Upsell food and beverage items to guests as needed.
• Accurately handle cash, card, and other payment forms.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including tables and floors.
• Set up and clear tables for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
• Serve guests in conference and event areas.
• Assist with room service orders as required.
• Provide excellent customer service consistently.
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
• Attend training sessions and team meetings as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Food and Beverage Manager.
