Main Responsibilities:

As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will:

• Ensure that restaurants have sufficient quantities of cutlery and crockery for service.
• Prepare the restaurant to entertain Exclusive Collection's guests.
• Support and assist the restaurant team with the delivery of food from the kitchen to the appropriate section.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A passion for pleasing guests to ensure they have a happy experience.
• Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Assistant or Waiter in a similar environment.
• An interest and appreciation for fine food and wine.
• A confident communicator, important for liaising with guests and team members.
