Responsibilities

The F&B Executive will be responsible for F&B reservations and sales functions, supporting other administrative tasks within the F&B department. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality service and maintain high accuracy for all individual and group reservations, ensuring relevant platforms and systems are up to date.

Key Skills and Knowledge Required

  • Excellent communication skills plus reading and writing in English.
  • Knowledge of F&B Reservations systems (Seven Room and OpenTable).
  • Knowledge of Micros and Microsoft packages.
  • Knowledge of Opera CRM, Access Collins.
