As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will:

• Oversee and manage all food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service and quality
• Work closely with the Stadium Manager to plan and execute matchday services, club events, and private functions
• Lead a team of catering staff, providing guidance and training where necessary
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards
• Manage stock levels and supplier relationships, ensuring efficient operations and cost control
• Help develop new menu items and promotions to enhance the fan and guest experience
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally

• Strong experience in food and beverage service, ideally within a fast-paced, hospitality environment
• Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering the best experience for guests and fans
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings on matchdays
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety regulations
• Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills
• Proficiency with IT systems and point-of-sale software
