Job Summary

Soccer Stars Academy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Football Coach to join Soccer Stars Academy's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching and a commitment to educating and developing players of all skill levels. This role involves not only training athletes but also fostering teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship within the squad.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programmes that enhance players' skills and fitness levels.
• Conduct regular practice sessions, focusing on technical skills, tactics, and game strategies.
• Educate players on the rules of the game and promote a strong understanding of sportsmanship.
• Assess individual player performance and provide constructive feedback to aid their development.
• Organise team meetings to discuss strategies, goals, and areas for improvement.
• Foster a positive team environment that encourages participation, cooperation, and respect among players.
• Collaborate with other coaching staff to ensure a cohesive approach to player development.
• Monitor the physical condition of players and ensure their well-being during training sessions and matches.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sports coaching, preferably in football.
• Strong knowledge of football techniques, tactics, and rules.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate players effectively.
• Ability to motivate and inspire athletes to reach their full potential.
• Strong organisational skills with the capability to plan training sessions effectively.
• A commitment to fostering an inclusive environment for all players.
• Relevant coaching qualifications or certifications are desirable but not essential.
