George Inn Bathampton’re in need of some talented individuals to join George Inn Bathampton as a front of house Team Leader on a full-time basis. As part of George Inn Bathampton's award-winning Greene King Team, your role will be supporting in leading a warm, welcoming pub that is always lively, fun, and a team with a genuine desire to please the customer.

About The Role

Working front of house, you will be passionate about community and welcoming to George Inn Bathampton's guests. You can even get involved in innovating ways to become the pub of choice for every occasion.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the front of house team
• Ensure high standards of customer service
• Engage with the local community
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere

About You

You don’t need to have experience (though it can help) as George Inn Bathampton’ll teach you everything you need. All you need is a warm and friendly personality, willingness to learn, and a genuine love for what you do.

Shift and Schedule

Weekend availability is required.

Experience and Skills

• Catering: 1 year (required)
• Must have a car due to limited bus service in the evenings and weekends
