Overview

As a Front of House Team Member at Nuffield Health, your role is pivotal in creating a welcoming environment for members and visitors. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Support the smooth operation of the reception and café areas.
• Create a friendly and professional atmosphere.
• Provide efficient customer service, welcoming visitors warmly and answering their queries.
• Assist the café team in preparing and serving healthy food and beverages.
• Responsible for the opening and closing of Reception, operating hours from 6am to 10pm on weekdays and 10am to 6pm on weekends (8-hour shifts).
