George Inn Bathampton’re in need of some talented individuals to join George Inn Bathampton as front of house Team members at The George Inn Bathampton. As part of George Inn Bathampton's award-winning Greene King Team, your role will be to support in leading a warm, welcoming pub that is lively, fun, and driven by a genuine desire to please George Inn Bathampton's customers. Working with passionate and energetic people, you will have a genuine interest in the local community.

About The Role

Working front of house, you will be passionate about the community, welcoming to George Inn Bathampton's guests, and will have the opportunity to innovate ways to make George Inn Bathampton's pub the choice for every occasion.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist in managing the bar and serving drinks and food.
• Engage with customers and make recommendations based on their preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.

About You

You don’t need prior experience (though it can help) as George Inn Bathampton’ll teach you everything you need. All you need is a warm and friendly personality, willingness to learn, and a genuine love for what you do.

Shift and Schedule

The expected working hours are between 20 to 40 hours per week, with various shifts available:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Night shift

Application Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older, as serving alcohol is required.
• Some experience in a pub environment is preferred.
