Hours: 24 hours per week

Making a great first impression is essential. Nuffield Health is seeking the right individual to join Nuffield Health's team and assist in greeting members and visitors to the club. The ideal candidate will possess confidence and empathy, enabling them to provide exceptional customer care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the smooth running of Nuffield Health's reception and café areas.
• Create a friendly, relaxing, and professional environment.
• Provide exceptional and efficient customer service to all visitors.
• Offer a warm welcome, addressing queries in a caring manner.
• Assist the café team with the preparation and serving of fresh, healthy food and drinks.
• Support the Lifeguard team during breaks; a lifeguard course will be provided at no cost.
