Field Service Engineer

Overview

Are you an experienced Field Service Engineer seeking a new opportunity? Infinity Recruitment Consultancy Limited's superb client is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join them on a permanent basis. You will be based in West Bromwich, traveling to customer sites across the region, working core hours of 8.00am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday. Any work conducted outside of these hours will be payable as overtime.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plant machinery diagnostics.
• Service and repair in a customer-facing site visit based role.

Skills Required

As a Field Service Engineer, you will need:

• Previous and recent service engineering and maintenance experience working on construction machinery, HGV, or agricultural machinery.
• Experience with hydraulic systems, axles, manual transmission and power shift, and cam-bus electrical systems.
• To build strong business relationships with customers and promote a professional company image at all times.
• To hold NVQ Level 2, 3 or an equivalent qualification with proven relevant plant industry servicing and maintenance experience.
• A full UK driving licence.
