Facilities Technician

Options Autism are currently hiring a Facilities Technician in the Scunthorpe region!

Outcomes First Group is looking for an experienced Facilities Technician to join Outcomes First Group's fantastic team at Roxby House, Scunthorpe. This role is essential for coordinating with the Facilities Team to ensure a high-quality facilities service.

Job Purpose:

• Liaise with external contractors for necessary work.
• Advise staff on plant machinery and equipment safety and repairs.
• Ensure all tools and machinery are maintained and accounted for.
• Travel as required to fulfill role responsibilities.
• Support other Facilities team members with various tasks.
• Contribute to risk assessments and maintenance procedures.
• Participate in the on-call rota.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.

General Duties:

• Maintain cleanliness of external hard areas.
• Inspect and repair building fabric and surrounding grounds.
• Respond to emergency grounds work as necessary.
