Footasylum is hiring for Full-Time Sales Assistants to join one of Footasylum's exciting stores based in Milton Keynes.
There’s an established team in place, and you will be working directly with them to help create the best customer shopping experience possible. Footasylum is a business that believes in Footasylum's front-end retail staff.
As a Sales Assistant, you will be involved in creating a first-class shopping experience for Footasylum's customer through your exceptional service, attitude, and behaviours. The goal is to provide high-class customer service whilst increasing the company’s growth and revenue through sales maximisation.
Footasylum invest in Footasylum's training and development and this role will be no different. Footasylum's aim is to continue to build and create an environment where Footasylum's employee can achieve, develop, and progress. You will be supported in your journey, and Footasylum will celebrate with you, every step of the way. Regular 1-2-1’s, training, and support will be available but most importantly, you will be given all the tools to help you thrive and feel empowered on your journey with Footasylum.

About you:
- The successful candidate must have passion for Fashion Retail and Footasylum's company ethos
- Be able to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Strong verbal and written skills

- Efficient and highly organised with a customer focused attitude
- A friendly and outgoing personality that is reflected with excellent customer service and a genuine enthusiasm

Footasylum used Peak's Customer AI to create a predicted customer view of people most likely to be engaged with, and be in the market for, Footasylum's products. These customer segment profiles are then used to target lookalike audiences via social media in order to acquire new customers to the Footasylum brand.
