Your Graduate Scheme
The purpose of the overall enabling team is identifying scheme/project risks within the Capital programme and proactively mitigating those risks. This role will see you dealing with planning applications/queries, working with local authorities, Natural Resources Wales, and other consenting bodies.

Good to Know
Your graduate scheme will primarily be based in South-East Wales. However, on occasions and with notice, you may be expected to travel to sites across Wales and its borders. The recruitment process runs until December 8th. Should your application meet Welsh Water's criteria, you’ll be sent a short assessment to complete. The second stage will be an in-person assessment centre, likely at Welsh Water's head office in Cardiff between February and March 2025.
