General Assistant

Overview

Specsavers Kings Lynn Hardwick is looking for General Assistants to support Specsavers Kings Lynn Hardwick's daily operations.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the store
• Preparing and packaging orders for customers
• Assisting with inventory control when necessary
• Providing assistance to customers and handling duties assigned by the manager
• Supporting Specsavers Kings Lynn Hardwick's call center with admin tasks and answering calls

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
