What You'll Do:

• RFP & Enquiry Management: Oversee the entire RFP process for designated airline and crew sector accounts, from initial enquiry to contract signing, ensuring adherence to Radisson Hotel Group standards.
• Client Engagement: Deliver exceptional service by acting as the main liaison between clients and hotels, facilitating smooth and effective communication.
• Contract & Pricing: Collect, manage, and present pricing agreements, working closely with clients to deliver complete and competitive offers.
• Collaboration: Work with internal hotel teams and stakeholders to create profitable, high-quality events that align with client expectations.
• Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the Radisson Hotel Group portfolio, particularly key hotels serving the airline and leisure sectors, to effectively represent the brand.
• Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with global clients and internal teams to ensure smooth, detailed communication and mutual success.

• Proven RFP Expertise: Experience managing RFP processes and enquiries in hospitality or a related industry.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Excellent Communication: Strong organizational skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively across teams and clients worldwide.
