Global Resource Planning Junior Analyst

Overview

As a Global Resource Planning Junior Analyst for ASOS, located in Watford, you will be an integral part of a dedicated team within the customer care resource planning function. This role plays a crucial part in meeting and managing ASOS's global capacity and resource needs.

Your Role

You will be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining activities around ASOS's global budget management processes.
• Conducting long-range and short-term forecast activities, including strategic modelling and benefits change tracking.
• Ensuring operational delivery and tracking accuracy and variance to operate in a controlled manner.
• Driving efficiency by challenging immediate opportunities for improvement.

The Details

• Support delivery for ASOS's long-range and short-term forecast activity for the global estate.
• Engage in simple scenario modelling activity and benefits tracking and analysis.
• Maintain high accuracy and quality of output, supporting the analysis of planning assumptions.
• Assist in ensuring the end-to-end planning process is fit for purpose.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within Customer Care for resource planning.
• Connect with end-to-end resource planning activities outside the command centre, sharing outputs and highlighting opportunities.
• Track the accuracy of the resource plan and address any gaps.
• Collaborate with peers to develop best practices within Planning.
• Build meaningful relationships with in-house and partner teams for resource planning.
• Drive continuous improvement in all processes and systems used within Resource Planning.
• Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies to support ASOS's culture.
