About The Role

As a General Sales Assistant, you’ll deliver efficient and reliable service to Matalan's customers who are at the heart of everything Matalan do. You will act as a customer advisor, achieving sales while embodying Matalan's Matalan Values; maintaining a high-performing, energetic, and adaptable approach to ensure a positive customer experience in-store.

You will have exposure to a fast-paced retail sales environment, working across the shop floor, till area, and stock room. Matalan's teams foster a family-style approach with approachable management, making this role ideal for anyone looking to kickstart their career or find their perfect fit.
