A growing mechanical, HVAC and electrical products distribution business is looking for an enthusiastic Graduate Sales & Business Trainee to join their successful team in Cardiff. You'll learn all about how the business operates, what products they offer, and the customers they sell to before progressing into a fast-paced sales role. They are part of a market-leading £1 billion UK distribution group who already employ over 1,700 people throughout the UK.

Role Responsibilities

• Develop your knowledge and skills while working in a fast-paced and hands-on business environment.
• Receive a well-rounded training experience, with opportunities for mentorship and professional development.
• Support operational processes and contribute to business growth.
• Assist customers with their purchases and provide expert product advice both in-person and over the phone.
• Contribute to the overall success of the business.
