A well-regarded SEN school in Manchester is seeking a dedicated Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their passionate team. The school caters to students with a wide range of special educational needs, including autism, learning difficulties, and behavioural challenges. As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students' academic, social, and emotional development, working closely with SEN professionals to provide tailored, individualised support to help students reach their full potential.
Responsibilities
- Assist in both classroom settings and with 1:1 and small group interventions.
- Work closely with students with autism, learning difficulties, and behavioural challenges.
- Help create a safe and positive learning environment.
- Implement learning strategies tailored to individual student needs.
- Build students' confidence, manage their behaviour, and improve academic performance.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
