About the Role

Places for People have an exciting opportunity for a Group Workout Instructor at Places Leisure. In this role, you will work in a lively environment, inspiring others to reach their fitness goals. Your previous experience in the fitness industry, specifically in personal and group training, will allow you to motivate participants effectively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver group workouts to a variety of class sizes in a dynamic setting.
• Engage with participants to foster a motivating and supportive atmosphere.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of workout facilities, adhering to company procedures.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into your training sessions.
• Develop meaningful relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should hold a minimum of CIMSPA Affiliate/Reps Level 2. Holding CIMSPA Practitioner/Reps Level 3 is ideal but not mandatory, as Places for People provide continuous learning opportunities.
