Overview

Pilgrim's Europe have an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join Pilgrim's Europe's team. This role will be site-based 5 days per week and will hold overall responsibility to provide an excellent level of administrative service, ensuring all administration activities are provided in a timely and efficient manner.

What You’ll Need

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role, with some understanding of HR Procedures and Best Practices
  • Awareness of confidentiality and handling confidential information securely
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Office, as well as a good telephone manner
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to manage time and prioritise effectively
  • An ability to work independently and on your own initiative within specified guidelines
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills
  • An ability to work appropriately with confidential and sensitive information

This role can be located in Grantham (UK) or Rushmere (Northern Ireland).
