As the Housekeeping Assistant Manager, you will assist in managing a dynamic team responsible for maintaining over 800 units, including apartments, lodges, and treehouses.
Responsibilities include:
- Organizing housekeeping duties to maintain high standards.
- Managing budgets and payroll to achieve divisional targets.
- Recruiting and training housekeeping staff.
- Fostering a positive team culture to enhance morale and performance.
HOURS OF WORK
You will work 150 hours every 4 weeks on a flexible schedule, which may include weekends and public holidays.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Essential requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Leadership experience in a service-driven environment.
- Motivational and empathetic leadership style.
Desirable requirements:
- First Aid training willingness.
- Customer service experience.
- Experience in the cleaning or hospitality industry.
