Overview

Carbon60 are looking for a Regional covering Portsmouth and Southampton area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a large Electrical Contracting company with excellent progression opportunities and a great culture of development.

Role Overview

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 plus Mileage paid.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring SHE performance at Regional and Depot level.
• Reporting to Operational Management on good performance, best practices, and deficiencies identified.
• Providing key support for the development and implementation of improvement actions, initiatives, and plans.
• Assisting in managing environmental responsibilities in compliance.
• Investigating accidents, incidents, and near misses while sharing lessons learned.
• Reviewing RAMS, CPPs, etc.
• Ensuring compliance with UK Health and Safety Legislation, CDM Regulations, and Client standards.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent.
• Experience and understanding of SHE management principles within an operational environment.
• Proven track record of engaging effectively with stakeholders in SHE matters.
• Experience in developing and improving processes to drive SHE performance.
• Ideally from a construction, Electrical Engineering, or DNO background.
