Heathrow aims to lead in airport safety, ensuring everyone can travel safely. The Health and Safety Advisers play a key role in supporting business areas to manage risks, understand their safety culture, and continuously improve. Reporting to the Fire, Health and Safety Business Partner, the Advisor must provide expert Health, Safety, and Fire advice. They will build strong relationships with stakeholders, including operational safety leads, Trade Union H&S Representatives, and the wider FHS Team.
By understanding business objectives and strategic plans, the Advisor offers guidance and assurance to Business Unit managers and Accountable Directors through effective Safety Governance.
The Advisor also manages various FHS projects to achieve Safety strategic goals.
