Are you keen to develop your experience advising on HR matters? Cambridgeshire County Council have a fixed term opportunity for a HR Advisor with the ability to provide pragmatic HR advice offering a range of options that take account of business needs. In this busy HR Advisory team, you will support managers to meet this challenge.
What will you be doing?
Operating as part of Cambridgeshire County Council's business partnering model, you will work with service managers, providing professional advice and challenge on a full range of HR matters including case management and change programmes.
