Position Overview:

TCAP is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Head Bartender to lead TCAP's bar team and take charge of TCAP's beverage program. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a high-volume setting, a deep understanding of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers, and the ability to mentor and inspire a team of bartenders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring smooth service during peak hours.
• Create and implement a diverse, creative, and profitable drinks menu, including signature cocktails.
• Maintain a high standard of drink quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Manage stock levels, inventory, and supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective bar operations.
• Train, supervise, and motivate the bar team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ensure adherence to all licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
• Handle customer feedback professionally and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and best practices to continuously improve the bar offering.

What TCAP're Looking For:

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of mixology, classic and contemporary cocktails, and an extensive understanding of wines, spirits, and beers.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to inspire and mentor others.
